Real estate is my passion; I eat, sleep, and breathe real estate. As a proud Fort Collins and Northern Colorado native, I bring a wealth of local insight into the neighborhoods, lifestyles, opportunities, and market nuances that make this region such a special place to call home.
Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a family deeply involved in Northern Colorado’s construction and real estate development business, with my father Jeff’s company, Jensen-LaPlante Development, shaping much of my exposure to the industry.
Prior to launching my career in residential real estate, I gained valuable experience in both real estate development and the commercial real estate sectors, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry from property acquisitions to successful sales. These experiences provided me with a strong foundation in market analysis, property valuation, site acquisitions, marketing strategy, and transaction management. I have had the opportunity to work across a diverse range of asset classes, including single-family residential developments, large multifamily apartment communities, industrial and warehouse facilities, office buildings, and retail properties -- giving me a well-rounded perspective that continues to benefit my clients today.
